Only giving one star for store condition the ac was not working it was 90 degrees in there with the chemicals very strong the employee on the other hand was very helpful and very apologetic about the condition we expressed that we are sorry that he has to work in that situation June 12 2026
My go to pool store
I went here for 5 years when it was Texsun. Since it went to Leslie's, it is terrible. Took them 10 days to repair my Polaris and I had to follow up 3 times to make any progress. The quote to repair was 33% less than the final bill. Terrible communication. Their employee, Cody, admitted to me that he had no idea how to fix the Polaris but there was no one else. I had to show him that the wheels were not right. They replaced the hose and the hose disconnected after I put it in my pool. Absolutley terrible.
