Ordered emulsion remover among other things, didn't receive the emulsion remover and I called customer service to find out what happened and basically they said I was lying. Did not reimburse and had to buy another one.

Today I got a call informing me that they accidentally sent me a quart instead of a pint of a special Pantone color ink. They called to ask me how to bill me for the difference that was their mistake. I’m absolutely appalled that a company would charge a customer for THEIR error. Never again will I order with texsource.

Hey Megan, I did look into this further for you. It looks like the order was accidentally keyed in as a Qt size - you were being called to give you the option of keeping and paying the difference, or having us rush ship you the correct size, then send that one back. There was never any malicious attempt to get you to pay for an error on our part at all, only to get you what you needed quickly.
