Always say our system is down for rewards. When we order food it’s cold and horrible
Ordered online. Found a place in Levittown pa minutes from my location. Used google maps to find it. Did an online order, through the preferred company app. The tex online ordering app put my order at this location in Levittown ny. 2.5+ hours away. By the time i realized and called to cancel, i was refused. It was my fault that their app put the wrong address.
Absolutely disgusting experience. The chicken was served RAW in the middle. There is no excuse for serving undercooked chicken—it’s a serious health hazard and completely unacceptable. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, instead of apologizing or trying to make things right, they were rude, dismissive, and acted like I was the problem.
