Cedar Springs hospital was the best place I could have been sent in my time of need. I was inpatient for a week for detox and then went into a program called 3.7 for treatment. All the groups were great. I then met a gaurdian angel named Tiece. She was always checking in on me and the rest but one thing stood out about her.. she cared and she knew every one of our names. very unorganized. You have to ask about visitation, phone numbers to call patient and it took two days of constant calling before I could talk to a nurse. then it was at 4 am. they cut visitation short and implied they were short staffed and do not stick to the planned schedule which is very important for mentally ill patients. the office staff act like they don't know what they are doing especially the admission dept, having worked in a mental health facility this is not a facility that I would even recommend to my enemy.

While the hospital didn't harm my child, they also didn't help him. The place treated the concerns as a joke telling me he is danger to himself and the family but isn't a danger to society YET. The weekend staff responded and was more detailed in reporting and taking information than the regular weekly staff members. Very disorganized. doctor was condescending and downplayed everything. January 31, 2026 went to ER at 1:PM to get treatment for Cellulitis wound on my leg. My NP had recommended getting accumulated fluid drained ASAP due to swelling/pain. 1:15PM I was called into a room by a PA named Jessie. She looked at wound, said she would try to get ultrasound report online from SDMI lab test and find a wound care doc in the hospital who might be making rounds on that Saturday. AWFUL. I would not have given them the one star if I had a choice. I brought my 17 year old daughter there because she had been cutting herself. Tinetta Hilton an employee there told everyone, violating our privacy rights. After my daughter was confronted by her peers, she tried to kill herself. THANK YOU, WELLSTONE, AND TINETTA Hilton FOR ruining our lives. Don't even take your dog up there if you don't want all of HUNTSVILLE to know your business.

My daughter was confronted by her peers, and she then tried to kill herself. THANK YOU, WELLSTONE, FOR RUINING OUR LIVES. YOU SUCK

I was there 6 days ago and still have this from the needle stick of a 20 year veteran who was a caucasian female. Seems like it's getting worst. Idk what's going on, and I'm too scared to go to any of these Vegas doctors to find out.

Unsafe place and the Caucasian numbskull CEO only does DEI hiring, it's one of the worst places in US to work in healthcare. The CEO there, and the UHS CEO and higher ups in general, do NOT care if a dangerous patient takes a nurse's life. There are NO safety or security measures in place there. Run, don't walk away, from it. They also are short employee paychecks almost ALL of the time. The CFO years back, M.Z., was a joke too.

I had the unfortunate experience of being at Southridge against my will. They have concern for anything for the neck down. They didn’t carry my heart or diabetes medications, the diet wasn’t fit for dogs unless you want them to have heart failure. There were violent patients mixed with those suffering PTSD. The sessions were run by techs instead of trained social workers. The minimal necessities for hygiene were banned from patient bathrooms and kept under deadbolts.
