Unfortunately, our new window screens are blowing off which is a problem I've never heard of. This started right after the install in August 2023. Not one, not two, but several have blown off completely or they're in the process! Eric said that he's never heard of it either and mentioned our windows were the problem, not his measurements or creations. Great Customer Service!! Fantastic pricing and excellent quality! This is a small independent business, which I prefer. I called on a Wednesday morning and left a voice message. Within 15 minutes Eric, the owner, returned my call. I was only looking at getting screens for my dormers. After speaking with Eric, who by the way was very informative, I decided to have him quote all of our south facing windows.
