While all the staff was wonderful and polite, I felt like my appointment was rushed. I was just diagnosed and this was my first appointment. The dr seemed like she’s was trying to get me out as quickly as possible. Nothing was really explained to me. But the lab tech that took my blood, not sure her name, was AMAZING! Very friendly and asked more about what was going on with me than the dr did.
From the front desk Sandra , the nurse Gaby , Shelia in the business office and Dr. Loe. I have been a patient since 2023 and there is no other rheumatologist office I would recommend. Everyone is so kind. I feel when I go in or even call I am the only patient.
Everyone was friendly and professional and on time.
