HORRIBLE! I'm disappointed but not surprised that the comments before me are negative. I too, just had a similar experience. This is a sweatshop establishment. I absolutely love our doctor. But the business logistics are HORRIBLE. The last month and a half have been an absolute MESS. There is clearly no communication system for this establishment. They are NOT accessible to their clients, no way to SPEAK with anyone. (I actually went to an office to see a human, after unsuccessful phone attempts, and still didn't get help).... read more
