Update: My car broke down again 5 days after picking it up from Clay Cooley Hyundai Sherman. Luckily, they towed it to McKinney this time. Where do I event start! My car went into limp mode with no errors or warning lights (2nd time this happened) and had to be towed. Hyundai's warranty would only tow it to Clay Cooley because it was closer despite my plea to send to McKinney. After about 3 weeks of zero communication from my service rep Jessica and no loaner, I was notified that my car was "ready" but they couldn't find the... read more
