Big thanks and gratitude is in order for this particular department. My SantaFe needed an engine replacement due to certain engine component failure. Larry, took us through the entire process with Hyundai and Triton Protect, and was able to have the works covered in full other than recommended parts to replace, with labor, and provided us with a loaner vehicle for 2 weeks. Cam, in the Parts Department, helped me locate a replacement part for my 2019 Hyundai Kona SEL over the phone as I was headed through town. I was able to pay for / pick up the part I needed from Parts & Service that same day and continue on my way, with plans to replace it myself once I got to where I was going.
