Very helpful and quick
Dr. Grisel was called out for surgery so I was assigned to Dr Jennifer Renner. The BEST experience during my bad ear experience. Diagnosed me with BPPV so she did some therapy on me which made me feel yucky. She was comforting, encouraging, patient and made me feel heard. Going back for more therapy (which will make me feel yucky again) but she will make me feel better just knowing I am progressing.
I love everyone at the ENT and allergy staff. Prompt on everything.
