I have been doing business with them for over 30 years and so has several members of my family and we are very pleased with the service. But you have to remember it’s a credit union and not a bank there are some differences. But they’ve always been responsive to any need immediately. So I’ll give a shout out to TEFCU. A lot of people experienced loss during the pandemic and I unfortunately had to make a tough decision and file chap. 7 and Texoma educators CC was part of it. I got a raise several months after filing and started putting the excess into my account at T.E and to my surprise the branch manager at the Denison office told me that, "Texoma Educators does not do business with individuals that file bankruptcy and that cost the bank money".
