I contacted Alex because I was having serious electrical issues such as house-wide flickering lights, appliances turning off and on, etc. He agreed to a service call at approximately 8 am the next day (a Saturday) He asked me to text him my address, which I did. When I didn’t receive a response or confirmation, I sent a text a second time on Saturday morning at 7 am. Once again I didn’t receive a response. Alex responded immediately and was on-site 1 hour later to review my electrical problem. He was friendly and has very reasonable pricing. Great experience!!!
