I have been doing business with Texell over 25 years and always pleased with rates and payments. I recently financed a 23 Nissan Murano and I thought the interest rate was really high and hoped with my history it could be lowered.
You make it impossible to bank here for your members. No drive thru, no drop box and hours changed without notifying your customers. Your hours no longer work for me and I will be looking for somewhere else to bank.
I am not a customer of Texell Credit Union but I do use this free ATM for members of many other credit unions in the area. I do not normally run into any lines, but when I do, it goes quickly. I gave it four stars rather than five stars because the lanes feel narrow, especially when exiting onto the busy University traffic. I cannot speak to the customer service because I have only used the ATM’s.
