Was calling them for information on my gate opener they were very helpful
After the absolutely horrible experience that I had, I’m warning you to not do business with this company. Communication is non-existent, unreliable lead times, quotes take forever, all materials needed won’t be ordered, they’ll sit on the order for well over 2 weeks before they place it. If you have damage to your door, good luck with a warranty, they’ll place the blame back of you and your contractor. Apparently even if you have a doctor note anything that they can say can be work related your get fired because of a doctor note your become a reliability concern! Even with a doctor excuse their still fire you! Beware when working under Supervisor Rolando Most jobs give you 2weeks to learn the position,but I received 1weeks to get use to everything.
