Texcon Owner Developer, Carrie Smith, has failed to complete a Development causing home owners stress and loss of property value. It floods to the point of homes being damaged, roads and yards underwater! We have requested Texcon Developer Carrie Smith complete Phase 2 and 3 with no avail! Drainage has not been addressed and the County will not assume care for the roads, ditches, Stop signs or Speed signs until Texcon brings it up to standard. The County has been contacted!
