Terry over at Texcellent is awesome! My AC is OLD and went out late in the evening and didn’t think anyone would be able to come out late to fix it but Terry came out and was able to diagnose it being a seized fan motor. Not only was he able to diagnose the issue but was also able to get me a replacement motor by the end of the day. Really appreciated how he didn’t pressure me to replace the whole system and instead provided me the option to fix my current unit.
