Terry and his team are fantastic, cannot say enough good things about how timely they were, professional and always looking out for our best interests.
Excellent Texcellent Technicians arrived as scheduled and went right to work, explaining in detail the issues with my AC Unit...They did not rush thru this project to go to another assignment, they took their time checking every component while advising me...This is my 2nd time I have utilized Texcellent for my AC...I am completely Happy with their service...!!!!
Great response time for Friday night after normal business hours. Terry was at my door in 30 minutes!! He was very thorough in checking both the outdoor and attic units, only to find the problem was in the fuse. Nevertheless, the problem was solved and my suffering in this Houston humidity was short lived. Thanks Terry!!!
