Excellent Texcellent Technicians arrived as scheduled and went right to work, explaining in detail the issues with my AC Unit...They did not rush thru this project to go to another assignment, they took their time checking every component while advising me...This is my 2nd time I have utilized Texcellent for my AC...I am completely Happy with their service...!!!! Excellent customer service, fast service, willing to answer questions and explain process. Made me feel like a VIP. I called for Service & maintenance in the morning and received it in the afternoon. They arrived when they said they would and notified me when they were on their way, I have always been happy with the response. It has not been my first dealing with them I am a returning customer. I will always be a customer. I also signed up for a maintenance program.
