Very poor customer service and complete lack of empathy during a financial crisis and family illness. Reported a glitch in the electronic debit card system allowing charges to go through on my card with it set to 'card off' in the mobile app. Was basically blamed for my situation and offered no resolution or even the slightest hint of compassion or understanding. Still owe a 25$ overdraft fee.

Early last year it took them over 4 months to send me a new card when my old one expired. January 2nd of this year I called regarding a new pin. They told me it would take 7 - 10 business days. Today a month later I still do not have it and my rent is due, who do not allow me to run the card as credit. Is the bank going to refund me the late fees i will incur because they couldn't do as I requested in a timely manner? Again!
