I’ve been doing everything that has been sent to me I’ve even driven every other week to the location inquiring about my status for WIOA and was told that it was accepted. Was assigned a person Lloyd timms he called me while on my way home from another appt. Very unprofessional and terrible customer service
Terrible service. I was assigned to Monte Hurt as my benefits counselor and he literally did nothing to help me. In fact, our first virtual meeting he never showed. Never even connected with me after, I had to contact him to schedule another meeting. I told him I might be a little late getting on because I’d be driving home, he just canceled that meeting even when we told him no. After that, I called and we asked to switch counselors and put in a complaint to his supervisor Angela. She got on the phone and barely let us talk... read more
