Very unprofessional and terrible customer service
Terrible service. I was assigned to Monte Hurt as my benefits counselor and he literally did nothing to help me. In fact, our first virtual meeting he never showed. Never even connected with me after, I had to contact him to schedule another meeting. I told him I might be a little late getting on because I’d be driving home, he just canceled that meeting even when we told him no. After that, I called and we asked to switch counselors and put in a complaint to his supervisor Angela. She got on the phone and barely let us talk... read more
