Let me start off by saying that if you’re trying to enter the WIOA program they’re gonna make it difficult for you. I have been on the waiting list for over a year now every time there’s a new caseworker new manager no one notifies you of the changes but expects you to be patient Then after waiting for over a year, they will discourage you from the program and tell you without running your application that you have not been approved What are the resources for if you’re not going to allow people to elevate or use them it sad ... read more
