This office is the worst I've seen so far. I've been to the location so many times of the last 6 months, just for them to tell me that they have no record of me ever being here. The new office manager Felicia was rude and very curt in her responses, and basically let me know "all I have to do is start the process over". Every time you call no one ever calls back, even with the "new staff".

I’ve been doing everything that has been sent to me I’ve even driven every other week to the location inquiring about my status for WIOA and was told that it was accepted. Was assigned a person Lloyd timms he called me while on my way home from another appt. Told him I was available in about 10 mins to fully talk said had a trainy that needed to be in the call but never answered so set up a meeting the next hour and then never Hurd back from them then claimed I no showed. Terrible service. I was assigned to Monte Hurt as my benefits counselor and he literally did nothing to help me. In fact, our first virtual meeting he never showed. Never even connected with me after, I had to contact him to schedule another meeting. I told him I might be a little late getting on because I’d be driving home, he just canceled that meeting even when we told him no. After that, I called and we asked to switch counselors and put in a complaint to his supervisor Angela. She got on the phone and barely let us talk... read more
