Do not go here for worker's compensation. You will never get better and they only are using you to get paid as they bill the insurance companies ridiculous amounts of money. He doesn't help you get approved for surgery, even see you or help you with physical therapy. They just sit you in some room for 8hrs and call it 'chronic pain management'. This place needs to be investigated.
