Pretty disappointed and this is my first impression. They close early today “half a day” whatever that means and wouldn’t tell me what time so I wouldn’t go in. The front officer lady was getting irritated with me. I was told to return to get tested a week later, I’m passed the week and the only solution was to go look at a Labcorp that should be open on weekends. I’ve already checked and they’re not opened. I guess no testing for me. Hopefully everything is fine with my health.. I guess we’ll never know.

I had to find a new OB and have heard very great things about Dr Imbs. I’m sure she’s an excellent physician but unfortunately the front desk won’t answer to reschedule my appt. I’ve called multiple times since last week. Her home office on Fannin called to confirm and when I told her what was happening, she tried to call them and they didn’t answer for her either. Dr.Caroline Imbs was very thorough and I didn't feel uncomfortable or rushed. That means a lot to me, especially when a doctor doesn't feel the need to rush the appointment. Thank you for what you do and taking authentic care, concern, attention, and time for me. I would recommend Dr.Imbs if you're looking for a new gyno 😊

Had a great experience here w Dr Klein and the front desk staff were very sweet

Dr. Klein is caring and knows what she is doing. However the front desk always messes something up. Refills, names, dates etc. You need to call 3 times before you can get a hold of someone.
