I have used Texas Windows exclusively for years. Both as a customer and then several years down the road a contractor.
Unfortunately, I’ve recently had a pretty terrible experience with them, absolutely terrible at return phone calls, following up, unfortunately I’ve had to use another window company, who has been stellar. Thanks for nothing Celine, a major disappointment, and an utter waste of my time. Unfortunate.
Had the best experience with the owner Jon. He has the best crew working for him too. Great prices, great communication. Even my city inspector said best windows he’s seen installed! Seamless and easy window replacement ! Very very pleased and significantly cheaper than 2 other quotes I got.
I couldn’t be more thrilled with my window replacement from Texas Windows. I had 4 windows repaired and 1 window replacement and will soon be contacting Jon again to replace several other windows. Pricing was affordable, service was on time and friendly. Highly recommended!
