Dr. Nick and his staff were extremely helpful during my weight loss journey. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I blew by my initial weight loss goal of 20 pounds in the first month. After 60 days, I was almost down 40 pounds. And I am someone who hits the gym three times a week, tried to eat right, but nothing else worked. Having the “free” foods to eat helped, and you could get as creative as you wanted with the meals. Can’t say enough positive things about this program, thank you so much!
