Paid over 750.00 and still cannot get a clear vision. The worst glasses i have ever bought. A. Perry
First set of lenses had the reader area about an 1/16 inch or so from the very bottom edge of the lens, and when I tried to read there was two focal points with a blurry spot between them. Second set of lenses were good, but Amber scratched them while putting them in the frames. She told me she would order a new set. After not hearing anything from them for 4 weeks or better, I stopped in to find out she never ordered my lenses. I don’t know where to begin. We had made an appointment two weeks ahead. We showed up on time. The staff was rude and condescending for the duration of the visit. It took over an hour for a 10 minute eye exam. Then to be told its at least 3 weeks to go glasses. Everywhere else I called is 5 days or less to get glasses done. Definitely not how you run a business!

RecommendedDr. Matthew Schukar and the staff of Texas Vision Clinic have gone above and beyond for my family. Even during this crazy pandemic, they were very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend them to my friends and family. A huge thank you to Dr. Schukar for all your help with my daughters glasses.

I have a very serious viral issue with my eye. I usually see a cornea specialist in Austin. I just had a recurrence and decided to give Dr. Shukar a try as I didn't want to drive to Austin. Wow! His treatment was fantastic and immediately my eye improved. Dr Shukar is a very caring, professional, teaching type of doctor. There are no dumb questions and he is very thorough when explaining things. I understand better than ever about my condition and about my eye health in general. I highly recommend him and his staff!
Unapologetically Overbooks Beware! Allow Extra Time.
Had an eye exam by Dr. Matt Schukar the other day, I am very impressed and pleased with him. Very thorough and explains everything very well. I'm so glad he is in Bastrop and I do NOT have to go to Austin ! Also David in the Optical portion is always very patient and very helpful in helping with frame choices, he's been at this location several years and has always been so helpful. I highly recommend The Texas Vision Clinic !
