Difficult to work with and don't respond to emails. I would hate to see how hard it would be to get something fixed after closing. Very unprofessional at best.

My wife and I just finished up building a custom home with this company. I would and already have recommended them to several friends of mine wanting to build. They built us a great home, worked with us through all of our very custom requests, and were very knowledgeable and helpful with various building practices. We never plan to leave our perfect dream home, but if we ever did, we would absolutely have Vineyard Homes build us another one.

The owner is great. She and the architect made designing our future retirement home a fun adventure. My wife did the initial design and subsequent changes, working alongside the nice ladies at Texas Vineyard. And there were a lot of changes as the idea evolved into a masterpiece. The staff is very accommodating, personable and patient. Definitely recommend them if you're building a house in North Texas.

From the exterior to the interior....it all speaks volumes inregards to the feeling i get of comfort, sophistication yet cozy, warm and elegance. Its the perfect home for me!

coming up on almost year and our home is not finished. still have punch list items, contract items not completed, will not return calls, or emails. Very defensive when I have brought any problems to their attention. We did a lot of the coordination with contractors ourselves, as builder was not engaged fully. In summary, inattentive, ill-tempered very slow, unorganized, and did not complete work. Not recommended at all.
