This is the worst place that I have been to dr Mercado was horrible so I asked to be seen by someone else in the practice and was told NO because the reason was not good enough for them to transfer care!! The patient should feel safe and comfortable with their doctor so basically they are saying that my feelings do not matter!!! Unfortunately, we have not had a good experience with Dr.Dafashy and his office. Had an appt over 3 weeks ago and they were supposed to put in a PT order. That has not happened, I called a week later and no order had been added so they were going to reach out to request it, another week goes by and nothing, and now a 3rd week and it was marked as urgent and still no order put in. Great docs, fantastic staff I highly recommend
The staff at the Webster location can never get anything done on time. After calling to ask to get a simple task done it simply is ignored. I was told the situation is being escalated and should hear something back within 24 hours. That is a lie as it still has been weeks. The office is simply lazy and poor customer service. Only way to reach the office is to call a customer service line in which you don’t get ahold of anyone in the office but just the customer service dept. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Dafashy and his nurse. From the moment I walked in, I felt heard and well-cared for. Dr. Dafashy is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, while his nurse was professional, kind, and made the whole process seamless. Highly recommend this team!
