Following my emergency surgery, I had an excellent experience with Dr. Ayangbesan, who was compassionate, caring, and made me feel heard during an incredibly stressful time. This place is not well organized. I was sent here by the VA Community Care to help expedite treatment. From day one its been a challenge. I've had issues with perceptions on several occasions including being asked about changing perception of Valium of which I don't take nor ever have taken. Additionally, Ive called several times with questions about an upcoming procedure and was told each time they'd get back me with the answer, which never happened. Dr Sanchez need to find himself a new support staff or different practice. After having a semi invasive procedure, I began to feel discomfort and needed some advice or help. After 3 phone calls and being told 2 times that they would escalate the issue and have an office manager or doctors assistant contact me, the last call made some 6 hours after the first call, lasted 22 minuets and was again told that even trying to call the emergency number, they were not able to contact anyone in the office for me to speak with. Rarely do I post poor reviews and even more rarely about a doctors office - check my reviews. I had my first appointment today to followup on a kidney stone ER visit a couple of months ago. My appointment was at 3. I arrived 20 minutes early and was greeted by a sign that if patients arrive 15 minutes or more late for their appointment they may be asked to reschedule.
