This has been a horrible experience overall. Almost impossible to get anyone on the phone. I can't speak for anyone else but I waited an hour after my scheduled time in the waiting room. Having patients come in, be seen and leaving while I waited. Was then sent to back examination room where I waited another 45 minutes. Thin walls, I can hear the doctor go room to room. Knowledgeable doctors office. Only see Physician Assistants not doctors as is the case at all urologist offices in 2026.
Following my emergency surgery, I had an excellent experience with Dr. Ayangbesan, who was compassionate, caring, and made me feel heard during an incredibly stressful time. Unfortunately, my follow-up surgery with Dr. Sanchez was the complete opposite and was one of the most traumatic medical experiences I have ever had. This place is not well organized. I was sent here by the VA Community Care to help expedite treatment. From day one its been a challenge. I've had issues with perceptions on several occasions including being asked about changing perception of Valium of which I don't take nor ever have taken. Additionally, Ive called several times with questions about an upcoming procedure and was told each time they'd get back me with the answer, which never happened.
