Absolutely do NOT by ANY MEANS go to them for your needs. Not only are they terrible at getting back to you on URGENT matters, but they simply do not care about you. I have already had to be hospitalized TWICE during this pregnancy because the urologists were not taking me seriously. Not just that but when I had my first stent placed, (to which i needed pain medication afterwards for) nobody from the office even called me back until THREE DAYS after the procedure. Disappointing experience. My husband needed a simple semen analysis to verify the effectiveness of a vasectomy from years ago. He made this clear over the phone. He went for his appointment, and the doctor (nurse practitioner) had no idea why he was there, and apparently they don’t do semen analysis there. So he had to pay for that appointment, which he didn’t need. He could easily have been informed over the phone that semen analysis is not done there.
