And I thought it was just me. One of the nurses reminded me of Nurse Rachet out of One Flew Over The Cukoos Nest. She was abrasive and rude.I suggest you run far away from these folks.
Awful service! No one picks up the phone and when they do, they put you on hold for what feels like forever. Haven't been able to refill a prescription due a month ago. Also they are not helpful. Terrible customer service.
Run, don't walk away from this horrendous place. My sisters and I have been trying to contact them all week to get my mom in on an emergency basis to get her catheter out after surgery 3 weeks ago. I submitted 2 online appointment requests, called 2 times and no call back. Why is it so hard to talk to a live person when calling this clinic? I have been trying to make an appointment for 2 weeks for a post-op follow-up appointment and have yet to speak to a live person nor receive a call back. Very weird and unprofessional!
