I did a review and disappeared. Worst place ever. Could not get in to see Dr right away so saw Danita Pires NP. Did have UTI and started on antibiotics that didn’t work. A second prescription called in and after completing infection came back. Called on Monday no return call, called on Tuesday no return call. Wednesday cancelled my next appointment and found new Dr. Very sad when you are suffering and you get ignored. I broke a two rules I have before going here. Always see a Dr and check reviews.
They're WEIRD. They don't give appointments for COMMON urology issues. I wouldn't call this place.
Just ridiculous on how many times you need to call to make an appointment. Never call Back and the hold time is insane! Find another provider such a waste of time not worth the headache…
The people at this office are nice, but either seem to be very understaffed or are not trained in how to navigate complicated patient cases. My testing that was urgently ordered by my surgeon was delayed 2 months by this office and caused my condition to worsen in the meantime without answers and on treatment that is harmful if prolonged. Unless you have something very easily treatable, I would highly not recommend this office or Dr. Hegde.
They do not return any messages since late July. It is now mid August. I will be seeking other urologists.
