Dr. Acharya is a wonderful physician. He is both patient and kind. He listens and does his best to follow-up. It is unfortunate that the nursing staff is unprofessional and inept and the administrative staff is inattentive and unfocused. I met with Dr. Acharya regarding an issue and every time the ball was dropped by the front desk and nurses. I've had to "go there" multiple times because they act so aloof. This last goof up of theirs hopefully hasn't cost me my health.
I’ve never seen anything like it. Scheduled an appointment in Mansfield and had to wait 2 mo the. The day of they told me it was in Dallas although I clearly stated I wanted Mansfield. The rescheduled me for another month later again in Dallas. Went to my appointment on the day of and they rescheduled me for the next day because they were so behind.
