Unprofessional. On two different occasions was unaware that urine samples where going to be needed. Second time was able to provide one but still didn’t get my procedure done because they were running an 1+ behind schedule and wanted to reschedule me. Not to mention the staff was discussing HIPAA protected info with a patient in the lobby in front of everyone. She was clearly uncomfortable

Terrible customer service. The service lady hangs up on you. So rude. She needs to be replaced.

Called after hours to leave a urgent message regarding books work. 1 week later not only can I not get someone on the phone when I call but I can not get a call back and discuss results.

I've been seeing Dr. Dylewski for over two years now and every time I come in to see him, his office staff is unable to print out an invoice for visits. They want me to contact their main office for a simple invoice. More importantly, Dr. Dylewski has failed to properly address my urological condition and doesn't do a very good job of listening to his patient or educating the patient on his findings. Dr Gyorfi was good and professional but the administrative team is not. Called over 5 times to get lab results communicated and nothing. When I actually talked to someone they were rude and unprofessional. My recommendation is they need an overhaul of their entire patient cycle procedures.
