If I could give a negative rating, I would. The staff is unprofessional, particularly in their treatment of elderly patients. They frequently make inappropriate comments under their breath, creating an uncomfortable environment. While Dr. A is excellent, my experiences with the staff have been consistently negative. They do not appear to be engaged in their work, and their attitude clearly reflects that.

The office staff very nice and friendly,Had the Axonics Therapy Procedure, And really hope for the best. .When visiting my doctor,Just wish he would take more time.Otherwise he’s awesome. Next step will be ,Botox. But im hopeful. Thank you Dr Sanchez and staff.
This place is a joke! They don't submit to insurance, yet when they do for bills that were 60 days ago they submit under a different address, making our visit an out of network charge. Using an address that we have never been too. The office we go to is a in network yet they want to collect for a out of network when we have already met our in network deductible. if you ask for a receipt at your visit they say no to call the billing department. Dr. Penner Schraudenbach is The Best. Personable, caring, qualified and professional, he appears to care deeply about the well-being and needs of his patients. Some individuals are born with special talents that line up with their career. Dr. Schraudenbach and his amazing assistant Laura Sheffer are fantastic, skilled, caring and sensitive to their patients. Grateful to know them. Actually the entire staff there at Texas Urology Specialists Willowbrook are helpful and courteous. They are prepared to handle your needs.
