The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, but the billing department is a mess. I confirmed with my insurance — both on the phone and via email — that my visit should’ve only required a specialist co-pay. Instead, the billing department insisted I owed a full deductible amount and basically said “oh well, that’s just what they gave us.” No explanation, no willingness to follow up, just shrugged it off. I canceled my appointment and won’t be back. Disappointing and frustrating experience.

Do not waste your time going to any of the locations. The staff is rude and unprofessional. The doctors will cancel your appointment while you are in the office waiting to be seen.
