DR. Raul Dias Dr. Raul Dias is an excellent physician who will take the time to talk to you and explain procedures and expected outcomes, pros and cons, and is a generally easy person with whom to talk. Staff is also helpful and pleasant. Easy parking and wheelchair accessible.
