I'm truly heartbroken by this practice because it felt like I found the perfect place to get my polyps, cysts and endometriosis resolved. I am deeply disappointed with the treatment I received from this office. After spending hundreds of dollars on care and investing significant time and trust, I was abruptly terminated as a patient without any explanation. This lack of transparency and basic courtesy is completely unacceptable. As a paying patient, I deserve to know why such a decision was made, but when I reached out for clarification, I was met with silence. I am incredibly grateful to have found Dr. Farnam and NP Patricia Castro and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking compassionate and effective care for endometriosis. I decided to go ahead with a hysterectomy and the recovery had been a breeze. The entire staff has been so kind and professional. They were also sure to communicate if wait times were longer than usual. Thank you for taking my pain seriously and for making such a positive impact on my health and well-being!
I am so upset with my expirence here. I came from alamo because I heard Dr was amazing and wanted to get good care. My appointment was for 2:30 and I didn't get called back until 3:30 where I proceeded to wait for another 40 minutes to get seen by not even the Dr I went to see but by the nurse. I knew going into it I was only seeing the nurse but the wait was ridiculous. If you can't meet the time I was scheduled for don't schedule me at all. Follow up was for 6 weeks despite my issues.
