Absolutely great company!! Was initially quoted a $6k repair on a Jacuzzi Hot tub.....called around to over a dozen hot tub and spa places.....Texas tub and spa diagnosed and fixed my hot tub for less than $350. Randy is a great guy who had no problem showing me what the problem was, looked over parts, and even provided recommendations! Thank you!!!
If you need your hot tub repaired, call Texas Tub & Spa! They came out and immediately saw the problem. Repaired it quickly and affordably. Spa Crafters did a $200 unnecessary repair which didn't fix anything and tried to get us to replace the $600 circuit board, which wouldn't have fixed the problem either. Texas Tub & Spa was honest and reliable...they will have all our business!
Great service for a consumer who wants the best. Excellent. I was upset with how my spa and they really listened.
