I was really disappointed to find out today that they discontinued their debit MasterCard rewards program, I would get about $250-$500 a year in prepaid MasterCard gift cards and they never notified us that they discontinued the program. They also charge me a monthly fee now to have a checking account even though I have direct deposit tied to that account. I get better customer service and better perks with Chase Bank than Texas Trust, disappointing after being a member with Texas Trust for over 15 years.
Trying to get my Car Loan felt like a bigger issue than it should have been. Nothing would get done unless I called directly, they'd let documents sit, I was constantly left in the dark, and there were many things I was told that were contradicted by someone else. Overall I feel like I would have been better off financing through a different institution.
I completed the loan application online at Texas Trust's website and Shelby Medford was my loan officer. Shelby was very knowledgeable, very kind and helpful and executed perfectly with my car dealer. My loan application and completion process was a wonderful experience.
Customer service Rep Yamany has great awesome customer service. I truly appreciated her patience, kindness and excellent knowledge with information regarding the loan that I was approved for.
