This financial institution should be avoided. Our vehicle lease was paid off through a combination of auto insurance and GAP insurance payments, leaving us essentialy with the deductible to satisfy the loan. Texas Trust has not acted in good faith nor treated us as valued customers throughout this process, instead demanding payment for a loan that has no principal remaining and negatively impacting our credit in the process. If I could give 0 stars I would! I would not bank with this bank if I was anyone. They have 0 professionalism. Very ghetto, they are very disrespectful to you. They would not give me any information as far as my bank account when I would ask for proof to check if they sent my account to charge off and the lady immediately said "are you calling me a liar".
