Non essential. The services are not like they used to be. The banking hours are not conducive to the needs of customers. Unlike other branches, this one isn't open on Saturday's anymore. In some instances have closed a minute or two before 5 pm. Also, I'm now being charged a monthly fee. The account was to remain free until loan was paid off. Somehow that contract changed without my input. After loan is paid, I will discontinue business with this bank.
I have banked with TTCU for some years now. I have had a much better experience banking with them than the bigger banks. Their wait time (on the phone and in person) are much better. I am also happier with their resolutions from anything that has come up over the years with disputes and such, compared to my experiences with your bigger banks. My only complaint would be they do not have a drop box for deposits. I use the app for check deposits and I do not need to deposit cash often, so this has not been a major set back for ... read more
