I had a great experience with Delilah Zuckerman.She greeted me as soon as I walked in, which is rare and immediately set a positive tone. She patiently answered all of my questions and went above and beyond by printing my statements and verifying everything with her manager to make sure I had accurate information. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to help made the visit smooth and stress-free. Excellent customer service.
WORST CREDIT UNION -the keep getting hacked so their members constantly experience fraud -the have you sign up for alerts but don’t alert you of anything. -printed out my debit card wrong and won’t make up for their mistake.. don’t go to Texas trust. They used to be so good years ago now they are trash. Full of people who don’t care and allow things to happen to their members
