Was very disappointed in the manager he was cussing at customers on the phone & in person other employees said it’s Monday he is just like that cuz he hasn’t made any money yet & said that mark the owner just acts like that every Monday I fell sorry for the employees to have to work in that environment!
Owner was vary disrespectful was cussing at customers over the phone and in person was very rude, but let me tell you about Josh. He did a wonderful job and this Bad review is not on him what so ever but Josh did a fantastic job This is all the Owner Mark, who was very disrespectful.
I know what people say about this dealership. Each experience is different. The moment I stepped on the lot and went inside I was treated warmly, with respect and my opinion about the vehicles shown and what I was looking for taken into account. even when I suggested looking at something not show. to me initially I was able to test drive it and ended up getting it... Few days later admittedly I had a battery issue but I called at almost closing time and the Managers sent one of the service techs to my home and got me a brand... read more
