BAD BAD BAD! I have nothing good to say about this place at this point...Needed transmission experts not IDIOTS who don't communicate...take 2500 only to have my car returned MORE BROKEN and back there...we were told 10 days with half down ALMOST 5 MONTHS AGO! WTF? Things will be getting heated soon as I am DONE! We have one car b/t two working people who have lost wages and turned down jobs amoungst other BS caused by trusting 5 star rated rave reviews experts who ....that is all I will say at this point.
I cannot say enough excellent things about this shop. They took my truck right in and it was ready within 4 business days. Family oriented, and wonderful people.
Best service i have ever had. Very thorough and nicest people you will ever meet. I will recommend this company to everyone I know who need transmission work.
After compairing prices at other shops, not only did Texas Transmissions have the lowest price, but they were very honest. They drawed pictures to me to explain the problem-(not a car person). The owner was a very friendly lady, and the head tech there was funny. They had a great personality, a clean shop, and clean restrooms. Very honest people that made me feel like family. They fixed my car, and offered me warranty. Thanks Texas Transmissions. -Mary
The owner bent over backwards this holiday season to make sure my car was done so I can go on my vacation and visit my family in Ohio. Reasonable prices, and used good quality parts. Awesome place.
I have been having Transmission problems with my chevy and alot of the businesses around Killeen gave me the run around, with out ragous prices!! Most of them talked me into more mantiance on my vechical even though it didnt need it!! Those money suckers!!! My nightmares finally ended when I drove by Texas Transmissions located on Veterans Memorial!! When I walked in I was imediatly greeted with a smile!!
