Took my truck in to get fixed . Wayne said it was the transmission and it needed to be rebuilt. So paid 2600 for it to be rebuilt went back 3 times because it was not running correctly a year later & 9,000 miles the transmission has gone out talked to Diane waynes sister she gave me the run around well maybe it’s this or maybe it’s that so now paying for another rebuilt transmission at another shop worse.. transmission experience ever !
Shop was pretty slow with the repairs. Had my car for three days and then called to tell me it had a transmission problem but couldn't provide specifics. Finally let me know what the issue was and I approved repairs only to be called before the repairs were completed and asked if I could pay for the repairs before they were finished. I have never been to a shop that asks for you to pay for repairs before they were completed.
