They provide you with all of the information to make an informed decision and allow you to make the decision without being pushy. Todd will treat you right and make you feel comfortable with your purchase all while making you a fantastic deal!
Purchased a Mahindra tractor from Texas Tractor Country in Bastrop in 2015. In late September 2025, I contacted the Bastrop location to schedule service for a PTO issue. I specifically requested mechanic Brian Barrios because he had previously provided competent on-site service at my ranch more than a year earlier. I purchased a brand new Kawasaki mule in 2025, brought it in for the first service, I was told it would be turned around in one day. It's not been over a month, and I'm still being told every week that they're too busy to work on it. I've now lost a month of use of the Utv, also I park mine indoors, and they park it outdoors, so it's been sitting out in the rain and sun for over a month I call the shop every week to put a reminder to work on it, they always promise.
