I have had very good experience here! Todd and the gang are very good at communicating and helping me out on diagnosis on my Mules. They advocated for me with Kawasaki on a transmission issue. The mule was long past warranty and they stood behind it. Try that with any other brand. I shopped multiple other dealers for the new purchase and ended up here. I have a boat shop in Austin, Tx. I was looking for a sub compact tractor to move boats around and perform tasks that require a tractor at my marina. After leaving the Kabota dealer due to the inability to get anyone to help me, I went to Texas Tractor Country. They were very busy assisting people, and the owner (Todd) stopped what he was doing to help me learn more about Mahindra. ABSOLUTELY the worst. I bought a new tractor from them at the end of last year, bought extra insurance from them that they said would cover ANY and ALL issues. The tractor quit running with around 10 hours on it. It took three weeks of them telling me “we are picking it up tomorrow buddy we’ll call you.” During which time rats are through the entire wiring harness. They finally picked it up and sent me a bill for over $3,000 saying the insurance doesn’t cover that issue since I bought it last year. I asked if I could trade f... read more
This by far has been the easiest transaction I’ve done. Todd was amazing. Customer service was outstanding! We brought our trade in to him he hit our numbers we wanted and sent us on our way! Will be doing business here again!
