Great company, high quality mirrors. Even when I needed support I emailed and within like 2 minutes they called me, I am glad I bought my mirrors through them rather than amazon or ebay
I can’t say enough GOOD things about the amazing customer service from Julio Salgado!!! On 3 separate Sundays I sent emails and within minutes received emails back. Once I placed my order Julio even emailed me to ensure I had placed my order correctly for what I wanted. In days of bad reviews and so so customer service he has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND 3 times on SUNDAYS. The mirrors came packaged good and no damage, they look amazing an are solid on the truck. Great mirrors and had a question when I installed them and on Saturday evening, they answered the phone and walk me through it and he even waited 45 mins till I called back to confirm I got them installed. Excellent service, they were able to help me discover a problem with my old mirrors and helped me order new ones. Answered all my questions right away in a timely manner. Highly would recommend them
You guys took this route I see. You admitted that these mirrors are cheap versions of oem. I've had them for 2 years. They didn't last, and they came to me defective. Instead of making it right you blamed everyone around me instead of taking accountability for all the dog crap work You guys did. Missing paint. Paint runs. Switchback not working properly. Defective passenger side mirror (actual mirror) One doesn't close in and the other goes all the way past it's default setting. Don't buy feom them. Have a legit company who ... read more
