Colby arrived so fast, he beat the text notifications! Great young man, who was polite, and handled my special brand of shenanigans. Once the maintenance appointment was complete, he went over everything, made a recommended future service, and gave me a nice kiss on the forehead. He said that was from Duane, the shop manager.
