Before starting the construction work, I expected a clear plan and timeline outlining each stage of the project. However, the process felt unorganized from the beginning, and there was very little explanation about how the work would progress. Several changes were made after construction had already started, which caused confusion and delays. A more structured planning phase would have made the experience much smoother.

During the construction process, I raised a few concerns about progress and workmanship, but it often took a long time to receive responses. This made it difficult to address issues quickly while the work was still ongoing. Timely communication is very important in construction projects, and faster responses would have helped improve the overall experience.

Although the construction project was completed, the quality of work in certain areas did not meet my expectations. Some finishing details appeared rushed, and a few sections required corrections shortly after completion. I was hoping for more consistency and attention to detail from a professional construction company handling such an important project.

We had a leak that caused Sheetrock damage and Mario responded right away. He came by to look at the issue and had his crew out to our house within a couple of hours to start the repairs. They were very professional and did an excellent job, you can’t even tell there was ever any damage. They also cleaned up everything before leaving, so it looked like they were never even there. Highly recommend Mario and his team!

Top notch did a great job with my bathroom remodel. Finished ahead of schedule and did a great job of cleaning up. The price was good.I highly recommend them.
