Be very cautious with this company, they are actively involved in very sketchy deals and at times do not act as a mediator but as a third party involved and blocking a transaction

I purchased a vacant Lot with title insurance through Texas Title Company on Lee Trevino, Turned out be a scam, now I'm out thousands of $$$$$ and Texas Title Company will not return my money even though they were able to put a stop payment on the scammer/sellers check, and my attorney is having trouble hearing back from them as well. Texas Title Company seems be taking short cuts and not following guide lines or taking the proper steps to ensure title to a property. BEWARE OF TEXAS TITLE COMPANY ON LEE TREVINO

Unreliable Service and Poor Communication I had a disappointing experience with this title company. The escrow officer and his assistant consistently failed to return calls or emails, and when I finally reached them, his and her attitude were unprofessional. We encountered an issue during closing, and instead of helping to resolve it, they were uncooperative and dismissive. If you’re looking for a title company that values your business and provides responsive service, I would recommend exploring other options in town.

I am not sure if this is the one that Martha Maldonado works at but we wanted a home warranty, she passed us along to her assistant Romina and several times we have just asked for information. It took us months to even get setup with a warranty because they would never email us back. I asked several times to just work with Martha because Romina would never respond. I paid for the policy and had to even ask several times for our contract. Awful communication.
