One of my favorite Title companies here in San Antonio, Texas! I am a local real estate agent, and I always get top-tier service here at this Title company. I personally work with Phylisha Benavides and she’s the BEST! I’ve done multiple deals with her and it’s very evident she takes pride in what she does. We’re very easy to work with when we were clients. But now that the job is done and we are having issues. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone. The original company we used with them they close and then started this company. If you are worried about being able to have good customer service for any issues you may have after you close do not use this company.
By far the best title company I have worked with. They will go the extra mile to get your file closed. They literally made me $30,000 when they closed a deal that I thought was dead. When you are used to this level of service it is hard to work with another title company. A+
The phone number on their website isn’t real. The email address on their website bounces back. I filled out the contact form on the website and no one has gotten back to me. … I’m starting to suspect this place is fake.
