First time buyers and we had to use the listing agents title company which happen to be Texas title in Conroe. We had the most terrible experience ever from day 1. Now they no longer are named Texas title as of 4.1 and can not help me and are transferring all of my information to Dallas office which I had no idea of and i am just getting the run around. I would NEVER recommend this title company at ALL !!
My disappointing experience with Christie Herrin, the branch manager/escrow officer at Texas Title in Conroe, TX. My recent transaction with this individual left much to be desired, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. Firstly, the communication from Christie, the branch manager/escrow officer was severely lacking throughout the process. I will never do business with Texas Title again..The deal wasn't completed no fault of this company.. The person that was handling my deal never called me back if just to say there is nothing more they could do. My opinion is that since we couldn't get it done I was no longer important..Its when the road is rough that's where true character shines through..
