I submitted Title transfer application 2 differrent times for 2 different vehicle and I received a letter 2 weeks later statng the applications for both vehicles were on hold pending buyers signature on form U130! Why the representative didn't verify the form when filing the application? Why 2 weeks later? I was expecting the Titles!
Had an issue with a piece of paperwork that was not filed by one of the other people involved and Susie did next to nothing to assist in rectifying the situation. Telling me the I should reach out to the seller like that will do me any good.
We sold our home using Texas Title and Kylie was so helpful and friendly!
