terrible experience!!! they made me come back again and was trying to make it another time stating “they didn’t know truck was delayed” -when i live an hour and 30 away- and didn’t give me any accommodation besides my ALREADY FREE tires because I BOUGHT the WARRANTY! and the girl brandy is super disrespectful and was yelling at me saying to stop getting mad at her when she was the one yelling and not trying to understand me because she was having a bad day. great work, terrible customer service from brandy.
Had a low tire and it wouldn't air up at the gas station so I came to Texas tire and they took care of me right of way and got it done. I highly recommend these guys
Needed some rims and tire, plus other work. Very informative manager. Did a great job! Had to have more work done on the rear, unrelated to first time in Dec. Another great job! They offer 6 months same as cash!
Got a new shoes for my truck with this guys and they did a great job, easy financing and great deal, also drop me off at my house, thanks again guys
Hands down best experience I’ve had. No pressure from start to finish Sam had me handled! Truck turned out amazing and couldn’t be happier with the results and customer service as well as the price! Beat 4 other major shops around!
