Texas tires was a 10/10 experience with costumer service and quality assurance for my vehicle . front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Definitely will be going back again!
If I could give zero stars I would. Don’t tell customers you have tires in stock and when they would be here only for them to be on back order without even following up with me on it. You told me a specific time and you should have honored it. Don’t tell me I’m being hostile because I called you out on your poor customer service.
Came to this spot terrible service bad costumer service never ever coming to this location came to swap tires they said 45min to and hour they where not even busy wasn’t going to wait then change mi mind I would wait the men said no not anymore won’t do it
