They got me back on the road with safely inflated tires!:)
Texas Tires #23 in Waxahachie, Texas always take very good care of our needs. We've purchased tires there for both cars and we're completely satisfied with the tires and customer service. The guys at the front desk and in the shop do very well. Great location and service. I'd recommend Texas Tires to anyone anytime. Alex W.
Bought tires exactly 1 year ago for nearly $1000, I was told they were great and would last me a good while with just road use. Now my tires are bald and im in the same predicament I was a year ago dont listen to their recommendations they are peddling cheap rubber for high end prices that will just screw you over and leave you stranded.
Texas tires was a 10/10 experience with costumer service and quality assurance for my vehicle . front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Definitely will be going back again!
If I could give zero stars I would. Don’t tell customers you have tires in stock and when they would be here only for them to be on back order without even following up with me on it. You told me a specific time and you should have honored it. Don’t tell me I’m being hostile because I called you out on your poor customer service.
