Was supposed to get 4 tire rods and the only did the damaged side. I later found out from a mechanic that only one side was changed. And my boot was lose. These guys are a joke.
The people at Texas Tires were so nice and helpful when I blew a tire a couple of days ago, ended up getting four new ones. We will definitely use them going forward! Thank you for everything!
Beware!!!Don’t stop here if you need tires or you’ll be back for an alignment. I paid them to put brand new tires on my Benz. I got the car back and the trunk was open!! Shady & Sneaky. Made it down the street and the car started shaking really bad worse then before they put the new tires on….honest review yall. If you don’t know these people personally, then beware!
Great service took some new wheels to get the tires fitted and they done a superb 👌 job on it even geave me some lug nuts because the oem didn't fit. Great experience would definitely recommend them for all fitment needs and reasonable prices 👍
The owner of this tire shop was amazing. I was in and out in under 10 minutes not even 5. He is definitely great with clients and very good customer service. I recommend this tire shop to anyone in Jackson.
