I must say this is a friendy, customer oriented establishment. I visited there on Aug 30th abd my loc brother was patient and kind with me. He understood what I needed and didn't try to hustle me or anything. He is very very polite. I had to go again today to get a tire repaired and it was on the house. No payment needed. He was an angel and didn't even know it. For any tire needs, please visit this place. I wish I could give it 10 stars!!
I noticed I had a flat tire on my way to a funeral. I pulled over and stopped at Texas tire they were so friendly and had excellent customer service. I left my car there during the funeral and it was ready afterwards for us to head home. I really appreciate the kind service and the quick repair.
I visited this shop today and the most amazing experience!! Ash provided me with the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! I will be sending everyone I know here!!!! If there were 10 stars they would deserve it. Very fast and all the staff was super friendly and helpful with a welcoming attitude and atmosphere!! Thank you so much for being such a blessing!!!
